Not all my questions on application have been answered. What should I do?
First send us your application, either by post or online by filling in the online recruitment questionnaire. Within one week, we will confirm receipt of your application. If we like your application when having reviewed it, we will invite you to an interview to get acquainted. There might also be a brief advance phone interview. For permanent jobs or trainee programs, you might be invited to an Assessment Center. If this is positive, we will decide to employ you.
For internships and diploma papers, you should apply approx. three months before the intended date. Cold applications are welcome any time. If you aim at taking up the new job at a certain date, you should plan with a lead time of three to four months, bearing in mind that you might need to find new housing and relocate. When responding to posted positions please meet the indicated due date.
No matter whether you apply by post or online: We always expect that you send your full resume documentation. This includes a cover letter, your curriculum vitae in the form of a list, with a current photo of you plus all relevant records and certificates (graduations or titles you achieved, training courses you attended etc.) If you have your documents in electronic form, the easiest way will be to attach them to our online recruitment questionnaire. Just scan and e-mail all the documents with photo, records and certificates.
Yes. Just send it in as soon as you get it.
Normally, we will confirm receipt of your application within one week, and inform you on the further proceedings. Having reviewed your resume, we will come back to you within the next four weeks. If you didn't hear from us until then, don't hesitate to contact us. However also please understand that we get many applications and this might delay our response. As soon as we have come to a decision, we will come back to you.
Grades, just as internships, diploma paper, language skills etc. are important criteria for the selection process. Of course, we also consider the differences between universities, and for how long you have been studying, or whether you had to work on the side to finance your course of studies.
The first question is: does the candidate fulfil the qualification requirements for the relevant position? The second question will be: is the candidate personally suited for the position?
Yes. Most recruits join us after having graduated from university, or after having completed a professional training. If job experience is required for the posted position, this also includes - unless otherwise specified - all practical experience acquired during the course of studies, for instance on internships or side jobs.
Yes. Missions abroad are possible in our company upon individual agreement. Note: (Global) mobility of our employees is an inevitable prerequisite to meet the present and future challenges of a global market.
